Thanks Steve. Taco and I spent quite a bit of time flushing out the motor and cleaning the oil gallery under the screen through to the oil drain. A strange jeja vu sank in today as the reality of yet another top end rebuild unfolded This bike project has taken on a life of it own.

Taco came over and helped me wrench in the top end



I purchased a complete cylinder head off ebay complete with rockers, newly rebuilt valve seats, valves, OE Cam, and also ported and polished.

Not bad after a bit of clean up Looks like this head was hot tanked and the overall condition is very good and ready for bolt in. Stoked to finally be running a OE cam with the auto decompressor



Head Complete - can't seem to find my feeler gauges tonight...


Should hopefully finish putting the bike together tomorrow and hopefully fire up the motor. Wish me luck.
