The thought of not being able to train had me really bummed. So I decided to try a little bike ride today. I got a few funny looks as people noticed the big post op shoe I was sporting but it seemed to really work. If the foot doesn't flex everything seems to be ok and the sole of that shoe is stiff as a board. Got into the groove and the "little" ride turned into 24 miles. The toe and foot didn't seems to complain to much, we'll see how it feels in the morning.
Good new, bikes have shipped. I should have them by next week then it's time to get busy with the build!
Dislocated my little toe some time ago (and broke the 3 next to them as well), still had to ride 40miles out of the section and another 40 back to base. Once the toe was back in place, I could ride a bike again with ease
The cast they gave after me was no use to ride with though
