Hope it went well for you DC !!!

Race was a tight 11 mile course. Was really apprehensive about my groin so the death grip I had on the bars led to some mean arm pump. I manged 2 laps in the 97 degree heat and called it a day . I needed to come away from a race not injured so in that respect it was successful. I finished 9th out of 25 guys so I'm disappointed but really motivated for the next race.

Haley has 4 more weeks before she can ride. The collar bone (with a plate and 6 screws) is healing nicely, just not fast enough for her.
