Multitech armour fits quite tight.
XXL will be good for you.
It's noe available in black/grey color scheme, very good for warmer climates.

Anyhow, Multitech Armour has 8 ergonomic Velcro straps adjustments, mostly on waist area, so to give you
a lot of flexibility in size.

I remind you you can wear Multitech Armor as a separate jacket, or under a rain cover like the following one:
