Hardest part of the install is finguring where to stash the plastic pot. I just stuffed mine under the rightside lower tank bottom trim piece. I didn't even ziptie it down yet. If it take you longer than five minutes, you're thinking too hard.

Maybe its just me, but the engine even sounded better last night.

We're glad you like it, 883. And thanks for the report. That's true about the 5 minute don't-overthink-it installation!

Regarding the mounting location of the IICE Air on the 1100/1150. A good place for it is right on top of the airbox. Just ziptie it to the air temperature sensor. Don't stand it up, lay it on its side so it doesn't collect water.

There's one harness to fit all the bike models, that results in some extra harness length on the 1100/1150.
