Before we continue to talk about how nasty some of the trails in the area are.....and scare all the non-locals away.....we should talk about all the easy to mid-level single track in the area. There are miles and miles and miles of the stuff on Rampart and in the Hayman burn area.

We should also sell the awesome-ness of the area attractions.....

Cruising through Garden of the Gods
Riding up to Cripple Creek and gambling
Riding to the top of Pikes Peak
Big Dirt Loop - Shelf Road, back up Phantom Canyon and down Gold Camp Road
etc., etc....etc.....

There is a lot of action for the Beasts and GS's.......easy dirt and a lot of twisty pavement.

The area doesn't have the greatest, epic views like the Ouray area, but the riding is very diverse and there is a ton of it to choose from. The riding is awesome.
