I remember that place. Was there with my son about 5-6 years ago. Hasn't changed much. We continued down the err dare I say road (west). The road changed to a creekbed with rocks large enough to give me and the TW a good workout. Finally made it back to the (main) road that would lead us back north into Silver City.
It sure will be interesting traveling along with you in this thread and seeing the many places I've been in Owyhee County, and the many I still have yet to go. Cool stuff!
