Check the RAM mount for good handlebar mounts, if you haven't already.
I've got a couple tripods you're welcome to use, but neither are exactly bike-portable...
I'll just use my cheapshit digital camera at arms length with the bike and object behind me if/when the temps get to where I'm not being a *%&@ about riding...
