That was "nowhere", about 60 miles South of Cle Elum, WA, just down the "jeep" road from Quartz Mountain.

After about a mile of the absolute nastiest downhill I'd ever seen,
I realized that I sure as hell couldn't go back up that mountain !!
That was a loooooooong, loooong day. And night. And half the next day.

Snapped the original mounting flange right off, and created a 2"x1" BF HOLE in my motor!!!!
I still have that broken-off chunk of aluminum as a souvineer.
Rode the fugger 300 miles home after the trailside JB Weld temp fix to my engine case, though
A little piece of aluminum "diamond plate" tig'd over that hole, and she's ready for this year's BIG trip to CO.
