I know what cleaning dirt bike filters is like, I've had a few I see your point, wringing the oil out could be entertaining but I'm sure a method can be developed. I'm an HVAC guy, so I have a vacuum pump. I've always thought a vacuum bag would be a great method for oiling a filter. Might need to finally try it.
