Got my CPR Rottweiler through CJ and installed it yesterday.

I had to remove the SAS which was a PITA.
Followed instructions in the HOW and was doing great until re-reading and noticing the Edit at the end.
Had to remove the throttle bodies again to add the intake vent connection.

Anyone tell me what purpose the intake vent connection serves, pressure balancing?

Once you have the air box off there is lots of room to work and installing the Rottweiler is pretty straight forward.
I was worried about water splashing up and heat coming off the engine.
I made a prototype barrier under the Rottweiler base plate out of aluminum flashing.

Put everything bad together and the bike started fine, no SAS FI faults.

Looking straight down to see flashing in front of filter

Once I get the flashing dialed in I use slightly thicker material and add heat shield.
I'm also thinking about raising up the glovebox base about 1/4 inch.
This would form a slot all the way around the glovebox mask to allow air in.
Should work even with a tank bag.
