The next time you need suspension work done I highy HIGHLY HIIIIGGGHHHLLLY recommend going to ESP up in La Cresentia. Talk to George - SUPER nice guy and all he does is dirtbike suspension and he KNOWS his stuff.
He had done the suspension on my bike before I got it and I called him to get advice on what I should do for it now that I was riding it and dammed if he didnt remember the bike and the previous owner....so I brought it in so he could adjust it for my weight and seriously the bike is like MAGIC in the dirt. Stuff that I used to pucker at, I throttle on.
Whenever I go there to drop off a bike, there is a huge line of bikes with District number and Red bars (expert) - its where most of the guys that are career weekend racers get their suspension done.
