As far as training goes, I'm doing a lot of running, 5 days a week, and my long runs are 15 miles at the moment. I'm also doing some stand up paddlle boarding, which is killer total body/ core workout. Pushups, planks, ab work using an exercise ball, and when I get home from this 10 day work trip, the start of getting myself in bike shape.
