I've gone 140 miles before on a tank (would not recommend it, it was scary out in the middle of nowhere and no gas station in site).

Hey TTKlaus,
I was wondering if you could give me a little more information on the Baja Design kit you used on your TT350. I called them and they were not sure they could help me. I really like their dual sport kits and was wondering if you could steer me in the right direction? I don't want to change the looks of my '87 TT350 too much. It is awesome just as it sits!
