Gotcha. I remember running into that as well. There are a couple options to help: One that I did was to invert the two front metal fender bushings so the front of the fender sits a little lower. Another option is to cut the plastic thing that holds the brake line T in half. Then you can rotate the two pieces outward to give more clearance. I didn't do the second one, I figured I'd see how everything was working before I did that- so far no problems.
