It is a Suzuki T500 Titan. It later evolved into the GT500 with an upgraded fork, disk brake and a larger tank.

What you have there is a very reliable 2 stroke that was pretty good in it's day. Probably not worth much now, and I bet that parts will be hard to find.

However if it was me, and I had a place, time and some$$$, I would probably do a cafe conversion. Back in the late 60s-early 70s, these were road raced somewhat successfully. I had/have copies of the factory porting specs and exhaust system drawings I got when I attended Suzuki's technician training in 1977.
