From what we have seen, I it does look to be a T500-II, 1969. However, I don't believe that is the correct seat pattern for '69, so I believe you might have a bitsa. The taillight is definitely 69-70. The badges are 69-70, and PJay nailed it since there is no luggage rack, that means it is NOT a '70 tank.
Does the headlight have a flat spot on the bottom? It should to be a '69.

The big question that will tell you how much it is going to cost will be the following:
a) How long has it been sitting? Have the crankseals gone bad? That's MAJOR $$$
b) Has the 4th and 5th gears grenaded yet, or did someone do the 1400cc mod? Can't tell without splitting the case usually

If the seals are good and the gears are good, it is worth getting it running, regardless of what you are missing.
