Hi Geek,
I make a guard for the KTM 530's and others for the heat shield area by your heal. I've been wanting to make one for the 500's. I also have a prototype for the header pipe but it's still in progress. Feel free to PM me the center to center bolt measurement for the guard that bolts on the subframe. I made them for my bike so decided to make some more.
