Few major things before going to detail, exhaust, seat, and handlebar need replacement. The fairing needs to go. By the way, can anyone identify the made of that fairing?
It comes with the enduro saddlebags and all the hardwares, but it will stay off for awhile.
The carbs can use a rebuilt.
And, yes, all the fluids will be replaced before it got fired up again.
It looks like a long way to go
