It really depends on what you are planning to use it for, and your relative skill level. The PC8 takes more room, and has more complicated wiring. The Fuzeblock is compact, easy to wire, and well known as reliable.

An external relay is not necessarily a plus, unless you tend to heavily load your fuse box. The screw terminals have not proven to be an issue so far, at least in the last several years.
