there is a lot of work to convert the tw wheel to the bmw so i will try to post more info and pics. the stock tw uses a 428 chain and the bmw uses a 520 chain so i found out i can use a 83 yamaha xt250 rear sprocket since it has the same bolt pattern as the tw200 but uses a 520 chain. that was one big thing i was worried about before i found the sprocket. sorry for the ugly pics too, i got mismatched bolts and dirty parts but will replace and clean everything up soon.the sprocket flange in the pic was too far out to line up the chain to the bmw and the hub was too wide so i cut about 5/8 to 3/4 off the hub end and lost the 3rd bearing and outer axle seal in the process so i used a sealed bearing to keep the grime out.i cut the flange welds to move it inward about 5/8 of a inch to get the wheel centered and the chain line correct.
