This is a "Daytona" fairing manufactured by Meyer Plastics, Inc that came on my R90/6. I know very little about it, but it's a heavy SOB. I sold it years ago.

It used the original turn signals mounted on aluminum stalks. I can't remember if it used the BMW headlight, too, but this picture from when I rescued it from a 25 year slumber makes me believe it did.

..and just for reference, here's the bike now as my daily rider:
