Yeah--when you get to Colombia you are going to want to stay a
very long time. And you can dedicate an entire segment each to bandeja paisa, arepas con chocolo, sancocho and salpicon.

I'll be down there myself next month to resume my ride south, picking up my bike in Medellín and heading into Ecuador, and then on to Peru. Perhaps our paths will cross.
