I want to include where the adapter came from for future reference. Remember the adapter should be tapped for a M10x1.0 thread, the 1/8 NPT might (?) fit the banjo bolt.

the banjo fitting came from Ebay- seller autofittings-10mm Banjo For 4mm Hose M10x1.0 Bolt Fuel Oil Turbo Kit, this was shipped from either Japan or Taiwan, so expect shipping to take a while.

Note I do have three of these left, which includes breather hose and strip ties.
