The goal is to have this sucker ready for barber...thats a lofty goal. When all the parts come in, the Atlanta crew can expect a call for a tech day :)

Things to do on said day:
-Pull the rear wheel
-Pull the swing arm
-Pull the transmission
-Lube all splines
-Pull the top tripple
-Grease steering head bearings
-Drain forks and refill
-Install new wiring loom
-Mount new tires (if I have them)
-Set points gap and time
-Set valve lash
-Rebuild carbs (I love doing this one so I'll do it in one night)
-Install carbs

That's all I can see doing in a day with 3-4 people and beer. That won't get her cranked, unfortunately. I need to completely strip and re-line the maybe I'll order the POR15 kit and get on that ASAP.
Mean while, the r90 is running cool on one cylinder and carbon fouling 100% of the time on that cylinder. I'm blaming the boyer ignition...piece of crap.

*PS: can we do this NASCAR style with jumpsuits and air tools?
