There are laws that govern your recovery. I do not know them. You'll have to do a bit of research (you were in Canada yes?).

Yes, I was in Canada.

I plan on looking at the bike in the next few weeks. Want to pay this bill off before taking it to another dealer. Will keep you updated. I plan on swapping out the HES sensor and taking a look at the fuel pump/filter and going from there.
