Yep. As a was riding alone almost every pic was taken by me or the remote timer. It's only a few times when I met people (f.e. kktos) that I've asked somebody to push the button. And yes, you're right with the back and forth
Even more for the movie shots. But I enjoyed every minute. No matter if it was back or forth.
