Bob Geiger here with GEIGERRIG. I think that we ultimately got your issue resolved. Please correct me if I am wrong. I personally went through all customer service issues that were pending or unresolved through the change of our operating system, and I think I remember this issue. My understanding is that we finally got the matter resolved after multiple communications via e-mail.
