Pretty sure they ran the stock rim. I think Lyndon was sent one of those x2x3 deals, maybe for the race bike or maybe for his own, and sent it back...and another friend eventually got it the mail later for which he sent it back too...both iirc a little put off by the bastardized way in which it was put together.
