So true. Pick your location right the first time. Like in a suburb where it's busy as hell and people don't give a shit about their job. Like the one down the street from me.
(I took a bike in and lady asked about emission sticker. Not trying to show my panic I started looking everywhere and not finding anything, I calmly pointed to a silver decal plastered between the engine and frame-can't even remember what it was-"Oh here it is", I said. The lady leaned over and said OK. that was it. I found the real sticker under the seat days later.)
