I got lost and ended up at the gym. No moto mag and latte. This instead.

Filthy fifty time (Time)
Strength: back squat 2-2-2-2-2-1

50 reps of the following:

Box jumps
Jumping pull ups
Kb swings 35/26
Walking lunges
Knees to elbows
Push press 45/35
Good mornings 45/35
Wall balls 20/15
Abmats
Double unders

Its crazy. I added 35# to my max back squat from 2 weeks ago and beat everyone in the class except the two trainers for time. I used to be last every workout. :mad:

Hopefully this translates to getting through San Felipe with enough energy to go another 850 miles. :what:
