The issue with off the shelf units that you can source easily and affordably is that they are heavy and generally low speed high torque. We want high speed and super light.
I have Yamaha 2trac with hydraulic front drive and i was able to buy the whole hydraulic system for 8000E spare part. You need also the front hub and spokes as they are custom. The kit adds 8 kg to the bike, 5 of which are in the front wheel. I can give you all the info from the hydraulic motors if you need it.
