I just bought one too. I still don't have the shaft quite straight.

I have a Brembo rim from a wrecked bike that I could fool around with. The bearings have a bit too much drag to work as well as I would like, but it should work well enough to get a tire balanced "in the ballpark".

Since I intend to mount my next rear tire on the XR, the balancer will come in handy when I do it.

Anybody near Sacramento is welcome to come use it. Just give me a little advance notice.
