I've looked inside them before, years ago. The three wheeled cart was there then as well. In all my passing by's over the years I've never seen the gates open on the kilns. |
It makes sense now. What do you suppose they used those kilns for?
Funny thing is I have lived in SC for 14 years, and I never really noticed them before now.
Yes, I have been up and down that road lots of times, but never noticed.
I guess I will just have to start paying more attention!!
