Seat Concepts can and have made lowered seats for the KLX250S. I know because I have one.
Go to the vendors section and look at the Seat Concepts thread. They can do just about anything you want. I really like mine. I'm 5'5" and it made a huge difference. I don't need the lowering links for now.

New seat with old foam comparison photos. The new seat is also wider in the rear and narrow in the front for standing clearance.
