It doesn't look like they have a "shutoff" feature like the other one you posted. That is pretty important so the float bowls and fuel in the tanks don't back drain once you disconnect it.

I can tell you this is a rather trick feature after having the shutoff part of my cheap plastic disconnect, on the 690, fail; causing my full gas tank to empty on my garage floor last weekend. I managed to catch about half of it though.
