No problem.
As long as there was some oil in the dry sump tank your
motor was getting enough oil.
I'm not sure how much oil is still in the tank with motor running
but at just a half a liter low there was plenty.
Don't worry about engine damage there will not be any.
If you are riding along at, let's say 4,000 rpm and you hear the cam chain
rattling then I would worry.
