I've read a couple of threads and apparently it doesn't clear the left hand switch pod. I could get one but i would have to replace the standard switch pod also... i think (it might have been the Magura 9.5mm mc though).

thread, the 10.5 one doesn't clear it either and i'd be losing the clutch safety switch also (I tend to like safety switches on bikes. Sometimes I'm not in the "zone" and having one of them go off tends to yank me back to reality and focus).
I guess re-sleeving the bore of the original one with a harder jacket might be the best way to approach this.
