Sorry to hear that. It's worth it to me to keep putting money into the bike regardless of book value, because I've kept it in tip-top condition, so it's still like new. It's hard to wear the motor out.
Why isn't yours running well? Carb still messed up? Have you figured out the cause of no charging? Stator or regulator/rectifier?
