Great report! You both look to have had a great time and created many memories!
I'd suggest to take some time, take those pictures, enhance a bit and then create one of those hardcover photo books and give it to him. He will look back on that book 10 years from now much more easily than remembering to go back and find some pictures buried on some computer.
