I did notice a new post in the vendors section renting bikes in the city. If your still unsure where to rent maybe check him out. Next time I get over there I will prolly go see him. Here's the link if you feel like looking. Not familiar with him but maybe him being here on advrider is a good thing and could ask him personally. His rates are listed as well.
