I found it easier to just fix it than deal with CS trying to get a replacement that may very well have the same issue.
How many of you stuffed earplugs in the battery compartment to fix that issue rather then send it back for a replacement that will do the same thing. I pick my battles, this one wasn't worth it....YMMV
I'm not agree with the CS rep that told you to replace the screw....if a replacement is really what you want call back and talk to someone else....
