The issues with SE subframe failures are well documented. You WILL have problems if you put fully loaded jesse bags and a passenger on your bike without doing some subframe enhancements. Dont mean to rain on the parade, just trying to save you some troubles.

I had my subframe reinforced here in Phoenix by Fodrill Motorsports. They do high-end, off road race car fabrication mostly, but they can help you out with this. Very capable bunch of guys with an awesome shop full bad-ass toys and tools....

Here are a couple of pics of my SE subframe failure and the reinforcement job done to the new subframe prior to installation.
