It was a 130 E07 on my G/S.

There is a post on this thread by Mitas which gives their recommendations for Knobs / E09s run on the bitumen / at high speed and from memory it was 10/15 lbs higher than what most people seem to suggest - around the 40 lb mark.

On dirt just suit yourself, but as far as tire life is concerned higher pressure is usually better.
