IMO, I certainly don't think there's anything wrong with someone chiming in with quick information like what he gave. Especially when a big part of a trip, especially on bikes like this, is how the hell one can carry stuff. This site thrives on recommendations. Could be destinations, experiences, bikes or equipment. If some of it comes from the people that sell the stuff and are more knowledgable about it, so be it.
