We LOVED the roads in Tennessee and North Carolina. The Dragon though the most famous is far from the only beautiful curvy scenic drive. There are stunning views of the Smoky Mountains from the parkways. The motel in Murphy NC gives you a biker kit with maps rags for your bike. We were holed up here for 4 days waiting out the end of the hurricane.

The Deal’s Gap Motorcycle Resort is located at the heart of the Dragon. There is a lot of Testosterone there. We met quite a few fellow Canadians there also.

Now we head south to The Big Easy. We were stopped in the store parking lot and a local guy drove up in his pickup. He gave us his favorite snack food Banana flavoured twinkies.
