You can truck it up to a spot like chalk bluff and ride the trails there. Maybe skirt the issue a bit and slide on down to washington or something, but you're just going to run into to many places where "you can't get there from here" type of thing. In 2010 the forest service came up with a new travel plan that even requires a plate on the dirt roads level 3 or higher. So green sticker means trails and 2 track jeep trails. Some ohv riding locations route dirt bikes on roads that they have designated as multi use so ohv riders can get from trail head to trail head, but your just not going to be able to run around the county on a dirt bike any more.
Watch for ride postings that say it's a green sticker ride. Or get a plated bike. It's a drag!
