Well I know have my own reason to not trust Bill aka Rocky Mayer. Several days ago I responded to this thread HE started And I also PM'd him. His response: ... ? No response

A few days ago I called his 800 number because he said he would call back right away. His actual response: no response even though the holiday is well over.

Conclusions:
1) He spammed this thread by never responding effectively
2) his customer service is still worse than Russell Day Long, which supports several other riders experiences over the past few years
3) he will not get my business
