Bill! It feels really good, but i have to admit i'm nervous every time I get on it - lots of changes and new parts and potential loose bolts, etc... I'm sure I'll get over it with time, but i'm back on this iron horse and that's what counts:)
Runs really well:) It doesn't want to return to idle rpms right away after revving/riding. I'll come to a stop sign or light and the bike will stay at 2000rpm (or so) for several (10?) seconds before settling back down to the 1100(ish) rpms of idle. Renner suggested i might need to clean/lubricate the points, and I'm sure a carb sync, etc. would be a good idea. But over all the bike is pretty great. I noticed last night that my headlight is pointing down to far, but that's about it.
the temporary seat is surprising comfortable. I'll put some more miles on it before going to a pro to make sure i like the amount of foam:)
