I can answer some of these questions, I have an unbuilt SM wheel in the garage that I can look at/measure tomorrow.
Axles are the same diameter from the Adv to the SM because when I mounted SM wheeels to my Adv I used the stock Adv axle with a stock SM wheel. I can get other dimentions tomorrow, but as I recall the 2 spacers are completely different. Then again, we know about my memory...
